The goals you are responsible for mobilising, are always available in «My leadership».

  1. Is the goal open for everyone? If not, have you invited enough people to contribute? Make sure to invite key people inside or outside the organisation 🧑‍🤝‍🧑🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏻🧑🏿‍🤝‍🧑🏽

  2. Always keep the contributors / employees updated about the results. Push the button for a new measurement, fill in the current number and add a motivating message to all the contributors. You can also update them about highlighs or happenings - and changes in confidence level 📢

  3. With alle these three updates – measurement, confidence level and highlight, you engage people for the results 🤩

  4. Do you need more progress, by mobilising anyone to make a specific contribution? Add a contribution! If you need it from a person with specific skills or attitudes, assign it to him or her 🤹🤹
